Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your PostDaily account, organisation data, social account connections, tokens, scheduled posts, media metadata, notifications, and job logs associated with your account.
Disconnect A Social Account
Log in to PostDaily, open Social Accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account you want to remove. This prevents PostDaily from using that account for future publishing.
Request Account Or Organisation Deletion
Email support@postdaily.app from the email address on your PostDaily account with the subject line “PostDaily data deletion request”.
Include your account email address, organisation name, and whether you want to delete only social connections or the full account and organisation data.
Meta/Facebook Data Deletion
If you connected Facebook or Instagram through PostDaily, your request can include deletion of Meta account identifiers, Page identifiers, Instagram account identifiers, access tokens, token expiry information, profile metadata, and publishing logs stored by PostDaily.
You can also remove PostDaily access from your Facebook settings by visiting Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, and removing PostDaily.
Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of deletion requests and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible unless retention is required for security, legal, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute purposes.
