Using PostDaily

PostDaily is a social media scheduling tool. Users are responsible for all content they create, upload, schedule, and publish through the service.

You may only connect social accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, or other profiles that you own or are authorised to manage.

Social Platform Access

When you connect a social account, you authorise PostDaily to use the permissions you grant to list eligible accounts, prepare posts, publish scheduled content, and store publishing results.

PostDaily does not guarantee that every social platform will accept every post. Platform API rules, media restrictions, rate limits, reviews, account permissions, and policy decisions may affect publishing.

Acceptable Use

No spam, illegal content, impersonation, fake engagement, scraping, malware, deceptive activity, hateful abuse, harassment, or mass unsolicited messaging is allowed.

You must comply with the terms and policies of each connected social platform, including Meta/Facebook and Instagram policies where applicable.

Demo Mode And Real Posting

Demo mode does not publish to real social networks. Real posting requires a configured social provider or native integration and a valid connected social account.

Disconnecting And Deletion

Users can disconnect social accounts and request deletion of account or organisation data. Data deletion instructions are available at postdaily.app/data-deletion.
